Product Introduction:
HC Spot Welding Adhesive is a solvent-free reactive adhesive based on rubber, with high viscosity at room temperature. It is coated in various steel plate bonding parts of automobiles, and cured by coating and drying ovens for waterproofing and air sealing.
HC Vibration Isolating Adhesive is a one-component paste product with synthetic rubber as the main ingredient, which is applied to the designated parts of the car body through the gluing machine, and then cured and foamed after baking, to enhance the connecting force between inner and outer panels, and to play the role of vibration damping and noise reduction sealing. Vibration isolation rubber is mainly used for front and rear hatches, roof beams, doors and other internal and external plates in the middle of the connection parts, good adhesion to oily steel plate, good resistance to hanging.
HC Folding Adhesive is a one-component, heat-curing adhesive that produces a strong adhesive bond after curing in a coating drying oven, and can be used for bonding at the folded edges of automobile doors, front and rear box covers.
HC structural adhesive is a high viscosity epoxy resin product with strong temperature resistance and toughness, which is mainly used for the bonding of structural parts made of different materials such as metal, plastic and composite materials of the body, such as body frames and door frames, etc., to realize uniform force distribution and solid connection, and to improve the structural strength and safety of the whole vehicle.
